At Yama Yoga we love inviting guest teachers from all over the world to host international workshops in our studios, and have been doing so for over 10 years. Our purpose is to serve and give the community of Doha the opportunity to learn and practice with yogis & yoginis of different backgrounds who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and journey, and teach us ways to improve our practice and continue growing together on the mat and in every day life.
Dylan Werner is BACK!
Dylan pioneers a unique style of vinyasa yoga centered around myofascial meridian sequencing which emphasizes the exploration of a physical journey to deepen the inner energetic connection. Although his practice appears very advanced, he's workshops aim at breaking down the fundamental concepts to create an accessible approach to complicated movements and ideas. Dylan has been teaching since 2011 and has taught in over 60 countries and more than 400 workshops or events.
Stuart is founder of the popular loveyogaanatomy.com website and youtube channel and has been teaching yoga related anatomy for the last 12 years. He has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has a BSc Hons in Health Studies. With a emphasis on understanding how to use anatomy knowledge the workshops he offers focus on: concepts of movement, what makes us individual, how can we understand our limitations and restrictions and how can we avoid injury and create balance.
