Intro to Yoga Introduction to Yoga Courses Progress step by step with this Introduction to Yoga course. The course introduce the principles of Yoga breathing, the basics of the poses and fundamentals such as sun Salutation, Vinyasa and deep relaxation. By the end of the program you will be ready to continue your practice by joining any of the regular Yama Yoga Classes. Course: 8 Classes QR450. Cost includes one free Open Beginners class when your course is complete. Intro to Yoga Afternoon Sessions: Monday & Wednesday 4:30pm-5:45pm Starts Monday, May 7th QR450 Courses start on the proposed date once we have a minimum of 5 enrollments.
